How much are red light camera tickets in Suffolk County Long Island?
I just got caught on the rt 83 and 112 intersection when I saw the flash of light.
Per this article - http://www.nydailynews.com/ny_local/2008/05/01/2008-05-01_nassaus_redlight_cameras_gets_green.html - the ticket is $50. I know that any ticket based on a photo also has to have a clear photo of the driver and the vehicle's license plate. Who knows? Maybe you get lucky and the photo was blurred enough that you never get the notice in the mail! Good luck (and slow down at those red lights!).

some cameras have radar guns on them so that they can catch the license plates of speeders. some are just ther for general security. like if a crash happens, then the police can see how it happened. don't moon the cameras!
