help with vistas media center?
i have microsofts windows vista home pre and i just bought a hauppauge wintv-hvr 1600 hybrid video recorder and i was using windows media center to watch my live tv and now i restarted my computer like three times today and after the third time (now) when i click on windows medai center my computer shuts down and i get the blue screen i need help im pretty computer smart but im not so sure about this on would system restore work or should i talk the what 6 hours and put vista back on please help
Uninstall and remove the card. If this fixes it the drivers probably don't work. If not re-install XP by booting from the original disk and when you see the first screen tell it to install. On the second screen tell it repair. This normally works.

Where's my PCI Card Slot?
I have a Dell Studio XPS computer with a Intel i7 CPU, 12GB Ram, and an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series Graphics Card. I'm wanting to add on a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1250 Hybrid Video Recorder so I can Watch and Record TV on my computer but I have no Idea how where to install this thing at.
