Cell phone got a little wet over the weekend, and the indicator is white. But, the phone does not work properly. HELP! I even stuck it in a bag of rice...

The water indicator on any phone should be white. White indicates it has not been in contact with water. When it turns red, you will see it. Also, just because it doesn't turn red doesn't mean it has not been exposed to water.
I recommend going to a repair store and have them see if the mainboard was. Also, if you are still in warranty, see if your service provider would switch it out. Hope that helps. Goodluck

What is the Samsung Touch of Color on the LCD TVs?
I have the Samsung LN55C630 Series 6 55" Class ToC LCD 1080P HDTV but I don't notice the touch of color working. I read on a forum that it needs more light to work so I turned on more light but I still don't see it. Does it work only with sunlight reflections and is the Touch of Color a actual light or LED or just a special built in reflector?
"Touch of Color" just means that the TV has a reddish tinge on the unit. It is not a back-light, it is simply the color of the unit. And the red part is only about a quarter inch thick at the bottom of the unit just under the screen.
You will only notice it if light it directly on it, to see it just point a flashlight directly at the bottom of the unit.
